2500多年历史的京杭大运河奔涌不息，新时代的南水北调运河中线工程再续新篇。伊水而建的鑫苑大学府项目，以纯净典雅的姿态临于运河之畔，依托着静谧的运河气息，因水而美。

The Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal with a history of more than 2500 years is surging, and the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North water transfer canal in the new era is renewed. The Xinyuan university building project built for Yishui is facing the Bank of the canal with a pure and elegant attitude. Relying on the quiet smell of the canal, it is beautiful because of water.

1954年，河南的省会从开封迁到郑州。大学路是市区的丁字形主干道的重要组成部分，那时西区的居民以大学路为傲，他见证了郑州太多的辉煌。延续大学路的脉络和文化，以大学为名。

In 1954, the provincial capital of Henan moved from Kaifeng to Zhengzhou. University road is an important part of the T-shaped main road in the urban area. At that time, the residents of the western district were proud of university road. He witnessed too many glories in Zhengzhou. 01、━  学府之门  ━

售楼部大厅木纹铝格栅，似时光旋转，形成了象征学府之门的拱券顶。勾勒出简约而不繁复的空间质感，白色拱形部分从视觉上增加了空间的延伸感。

The wooden grain aluminum grille in the hall of the sales department, like the rotation of time, forms an arch roof symbolizing the gate of the University. Outline the simple but not complicated space texture, and the white arch part visually increases the sense of extension of the space.

（看山似山，看水似水）

接待台旁的古铜照明装置，恰似一盏油盏灯，诉说着千百年来文人秉烛夜读的故事。 

The bronze lighting device beside the reception desk, just like an oil lamp, tells the story of thousands of years of literati reading by candlestick.

02、━  黄河之水  ━

沙盘之上黄河之水天上来，孕育中原文明，数千年华夏由此而来。

The water of the Yellow River above the sand table came from heaven, giving birth to the Civilization of the Central Plains, from which China came for thousands of years.

03、━  书与树  ━

书店对于一个城市而言，早不再是一个单纯卖书购书的场所，而是复合型的文化空间，是为城市提供生活美学与创意的公共场所，是让人与自己对话、与他人与世界交流碰撞的平台。为此，大学府植入书店元素，让来这里参观的人们享受读书的片刻升华。

For a city, bookstore is no longer a place to sell and buy books, but a complex cultural space, a public place to provide life aesthetics and creativity for the city, and a platform for people to have a dialogue with themselves, communicate with others and collide with the world. To this end, the university implanted bookstore elements, so that people who visit here to enjoy a moment of reading sublimation.

04、━  水·光·影  ━

光影的变化，赋予了空间优雅、永恒的美感。

The change of light and shadow gives the space elegant and eternal beauty.

光从植物背面照射，枝干形成暗影，而花叶则具有半透光性，如翡翠般晶莹，阳光从枝叶间冒出，使光线产生散射，最终形成的绝美的光晕，构成一幅丰富的植物光影画。此幅画表现了植物与光生生相息的共生状态。

Light shines from the back of the plant, and the branches form dark shadows, while the flowers and leaves are semi-transparent, like jade crystal. Sunlight emerges from the branches and leaves, scattering the light, and finally forming a beautiful halo, forming a rich picture of plant light and shadow. This painting shows the symbiosis between plants and light.

05、━  洽谈区的静与净  ━

地面干净整洁的深色石材，与洁白的洽谈椅，形成“黑与白”的对话。没有浓厚的商业气息，在功能和美学上达到了统一。大气的落地窗让光得以在空间中流淌。给人以沉静和舒适的氛围感。

The dark stone with clean and tidy ground and the white negotiating chair form a dialogue of "black and white". Without strong commercial atmosphere, the function and aesthetics have been unified. Atmospheric Windows allow light to flow through the space. It gives people a sense of calm and comfortable atmosphere.

06、━  童智&童趣  ━

每个童年都爱惨了玩耍嬉戏，踏上这一空间，在读书中开启一份新的期待。

Every childhood loves to play in this space, but also in reading to open a new expectation.

卡通精灵兔子和漂浮的气球在天光的的映衬下，恍惚间像是步入另一个梦境。

Cartoon fairy rabbits and floating balloons in the background of the sky, trance like stepping into another dream.
